Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel
- With good communication and customer service skills
- Preferably with Professional Civil Service eligibility or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving of loan applications, checking of data and loan requirements
- Provide frontline services and attends to queries, requests and status of loan applications
- Assist in providing service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
