Originally established in March 1985 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), DBPSC transitioned into a fully incorporated private entity by February 1987. This strategic move aimed to drive greater efficiency, innovation, and growth within the staffing industry.

More than three decades later, DBPSC has grown to become one of the largest and most trusted staffing companies in the Philippines. With a workforce of over 12,000 deployed professionals, we proudly support both private and government institutions through specialized, reliable staffing solutions.
