Clerical and Administrative Support Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Good record management skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Preferably with Professional Civil Service eligibility or equivalent


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine clerical duties such as encoding, filing, tabulating and posting of records using an array of business and software applications
  • Support general business operations by reviewing reports and providing various administrative activities
