Management/Technical Support Assistants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate relevant to the job
  • With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Proficient in oral and written communication
  • Preferably with Professional Civil Service eligibility or equivalent


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the performance of the following functions:
    • Conduct research, prepare written reports and minutes meetings
    • Prepare management reports and data information collection
    • Develop documentation of the implementation of operating systems and projects
    • Provide support in the performance of various management, technical and support services
