Sales/Customer Support Assistants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel
  • With good communication and customer service skills
  • Preferably with Professional Civil Service eligibility or equivalent


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving of loan applications, checking of data and loan requirements
  • Provide frontline services and attends to queries, requests and status of loan applications
  • Assist in providing service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
