Originally organized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) in March 1985, DBPSC was fully incorporated as a private entity on February 1987 in a bid to infuse greater efficiency and growth in the industry. Thirty one years later, the company now stands as one of the largest and most preferred staffing companies in the Philippines. With more than 12,000 heads in our pool, we power up both private and government organizations through our expert services. 

Delivering the service we offer with integrity and respect for the Filipino worker is of foremost importance to us. To this end, we have consistently ensured compliance to all industry regulations for the past 3 decades. Receiving regular certifications, permits, and licenses from DOLE (Department of Labor & Employment), and more recently obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification from Bureau Veritas, an international accreditation firm based in the UK.

Quality Policy Statement and Objectives

The DBP Service Corporation is an outsourcing firm engaged in staffing services. It values its people and its true value comes from them. It is committed to provide the highest quality of staffing services to clients by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations for service quality and performance; the timely delivery of services to meet clients’ requirements; the strict compliance with statutory provisions; the continuous improvement of processes and systems; and the selection of competent staff to serve clients’ needs.

To ensure the highest quality of staffing services, the DBP Service Corporation shall aim to achieve the following objectives:

Set up and maintain a quality management system aligned with international standards;

Build a corporate culture that gives emphasis on the active involvement of quality teams in the continuous improvement of work processes;

Ensure that corporate office employees are competent to conduct excellent client needs analysis, sourcing, screening, selection, and performance monitoring and evaluation of assigned staff.

Make sure that all corporate and assigned employees are compensated on time and in accordance to law.

Monitor regularly clients’ level of satisfaction and proactively respond to clients’ concerns;

Provide the necessary human, financial and physical resources to support the setting up and maintenance of a quality management system within the organization;

Uphold at all times, ethical and professional standards and values in the workplace; and

Promote good and transparent practices in corporate governance.
